Orders shipped are shipped within 7-14 days in the order being received. In most cases, orders received by 11:59 pm are shipped within within 7-14 business days. Some exceptions to this apply no shipping occurs on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.  We currently do not ship internationally.  

Our shipping rates are standard shipping rates.

All Local Orders are in-store pickup.

Returns-

Due to the nature of the products we sell.  All Sales are final. Please note!  We make an exception to our refund policy if our box and content are damaged in shipping.  If this occurs, please contact us at 501-359-3776 to report the damage and save the box, packing material and product.  Keep in mind most carriers require of all four sides of the box, a photo of the label a photo of all packing material and a photo of the damaged item.  We will file a claim with the carrier and replace the item or refund your purchase. It is the buyers responsibility to keep the box used for shipping and all content for carrier pick up.
